The family partners at Oregon Royal Sturgeon Company (ORSCo) are very proud of the products we offer and strive to have them delivered in the best possible condition. We deliver the products directly to the UPS centers in Portland, OR in our refrigerated van to reduce the risk of shipping fresh, smoked and frozen food around the country. Unfortunately, some things like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of UPS, are beyond our control. As such, we are unable to guarantee the arrival date of your order.

We Ship Out Orders Every Tuesday

All orders ship UPS ground, overnight air or two-day air delivery

GROUND DELIVERY AVAILABLE ONLY FOR OREGON and WASHINGTON

ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS MUST USE TWO DAY AIR or NEXT DAY AIR

The cost of shipping is calculated once your address is entered.

No signature is required for delivery

ORDER TIMING

We recommend that orders be placed by Wednesday or Thursday for delivery the following week. Orders placed after 9:30am on Monday may not be able to ship out by Tuesday due to lack of pre-cut inventory.

ORSCo is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and scheduling it to arrive 2+ days before your event. A majority of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness.

In anticipation of high package volumes (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, we may have your order ship early to ensure that it arrives in good condition. ORSCo reserves the right schedule the arrival of your order earlier or later than estimated to prevent delays, based on operational conditions.

ORSCo is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information.

NO SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY

We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control. Please enter your gate code in the “Address 2” window if your order is being delivered to a gated community. Even if UPS makes frequent deliveries, it cannot be assumed that UPS has your gate code.

TRACKING

You will receive UPS tracking info sent to the email address provided when your order ships. Once UPS has taken possession of the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to check tracking.

UNPACK & REFRIGERATE

Upon arrival, OPEN the package and place the products in the fridge (or freezer for frozen fish). Do not put the entire unopened package in the fridge.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

If you have a UPS delivery issue, please call us with your tracking number immediately at 1-541-381-0802 and we will do everything we can to facilitate your order’s delivery.

UPS WILL NOT REIMBURSE THE COST OF LOST OR RUINED PRODUCTS.
